1 Definitions

Single Account Policy

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. jili77com does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits received from unverified third-party accounts will be returned and any bets placed using those funds will be voided.

jili77com does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees or limits, which are outside our control. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider if you are unsure about applicable fees on their end.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from jili77com are available to fully verified members whose account balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits of that method.

For verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank process within one to four business hours during standard banking hours. Requests submitted outside banking hours are queued and processed when banking resumes.

jili77com reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 within a 30-day period. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and is not an indication of any finding against your account.

In cases where jili77com has reason to believe that a withdrawal request may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms, we reserve the right to delay the withdrawal pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such delay within 48 hours.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

jili77com offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time each offer is active. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real money is used first for all bets unless you opt to use bonus funds specifically.
• All bonuses at jili77com carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is displayed clearly on the Promotions page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• jili77com does not allow the same bonus to be claimed more than once per member. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple registrations or referral mechanisms is prohibited.

Welcome Bonus

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on jili77com are subject to the specific rules of the event, market, and sport in question. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published in the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

General Betting Rules

• A bet is confirmed when the system returns a bet confirmation screen displaying a unique bet ID. It is your responsibility to verify that bet details are correct before confirming.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended except where jili77com explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-cancellation feature for a specific market.
• jili77com reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, where an obvious pricing error occurred, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed when you place a bet. Bets exceeding the stated maximum may be accepted up to the limit amount with the excess returned to your balance.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network transmission delays. jili77com is not responsible for connection delays on your end that result in a bet being placed at different odds than you intended. The odds displayed on your bet confirmation screen are the odds at which your bet was accepted.

Void Bets and Refunds

A bet may be voided in situations including but not limited to: event cancellation, event postponement beyond the settlement cutoff, an insufficient number of participants completing the event, or where jili77com determines that settlement would be unfair due to circumstances outside normal event parameters. Voided bets are refunded to your balance in full at the original stake amount.

8 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games at jili77com are provided by independent third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, SA Gaming, JILI Games, and others. The rules of each specific game are governed by the rules published by the relevant game provider. In cases of technical dispute, the game provider's server logs take precedence over client-side displays.

If a live casino game is interrupted due to a connection failure on the provider's side before a round is completed, the hand or round is typically voided and all stakes returned according to the provider's disconnection policy. jili77com is not responsible for game interruptions caused by the player's own internet connection.

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or registering on behalf of someone who is ineligible to register directly.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" – systematic exploitation of promotions in ways not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Accessing jili77com using a VPN, proxy, or other method to obscure your actual location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

jili77com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable grounds to believe that a member has violated these Terms and Conditions or where continued access poses a risk to jili77com's integrity, other players, or regulatory compliance.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, the member will be notified by email within 48 hours. If the investigation concludes with no finding against the member, the account will be reinstated and any eligible funds released. If the investigation confirms a violation, the account may be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

You may also request voluntary closure of your jili77com account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to your registered payment method after the standard withdrawal processing period. Bonus funds in a voluntarily closed account are forfeited at the time of closure.

11 Responsible Gaming

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
